Meet my Marketing Manager Ann @bannanna_khoo , one of the strongest, funniest and smartest people I know. I am so proud to call her not only my boss but a great friend. She was diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome at an early age and yet she’s accomplished such amazing things such as having a segment on @ted__talks , successfully achieving a Managerial position in her corporate career to name a few. Being her subordinate has opened my eyes to a world I never knew existed. A world of how ignorant and mean people can really be. To see it with my own eyes really makes me tear up. Once on the way to a company team dinner, she was kicked out of a Grab car and left in the middle of the street. She couldn’t call another grab car because the first one never stopped the trip forcing her to walk home alone. It breaks my heart to see someone who has the kindest heart mistreated merely from the lack of awareness of her diagnoses. Please help me spread the word about Tourette’s Syndrome and help Ann live a normal carefree life!! She is seriously amazing and the world needs to give her a chance.
